Cant download battlefront II

Hi all,

I have battlefront II, i purchased at epic games. I had to format my computer and now when i try to download it at the ea app, it simply says:

   " Something went wrong
    
     An unknown error occurred. Restart the EA app and try again,

     or reach out to our support team for help."


Not sure where is the help since the only place i found out to write my problem as here.
