Celebration Edition on Xbox One is Bounded To Account?

I have this same problem. All of the Celebrations content is still locked after buying the upgrade. It works on my account on Xbox but not on my son’s account on same Xbox. When we access the upgrade through the store it tells him that it has been purchased and he can use the content. @EA_Atic

  The content don't share between accounts you would need to buy it on each account.

    @EA_Atic I am having a similar problem I was hoping I could get help with. I purchased and downloaded the upgrade and all appearances are still locked.
    How can I fix?

If I buy battlefront 2 celebration edition on another account, do I get all the stuff too?

Please help. I bought the celebration edition on my Xbox X and I’m not getting everything that the extension pack includes, I think. I was wondering also if every appearance for like Assault ( Empire version) are included in the edition. If so, I only have 3 appearances and not every one. Could you help me?
