I've had the same issue ever since the most recent big update. MY CPU and GPU usage is just flat out 100% which makes everything unplayable. Before the update i could play everything on max ultra DX11 now even if i put everything to lowest it barely runs

If you're playing on Radeon GPU, can you try rolling back your drivers to one of those versions: 17.11.4, 17.11.2 or 17.12.1?

Hi,
For Radeon issues, have you tried to:
1/ launch your Radeon parameters (radeon settings)
2/ Select game then global settings
3/ De-activate the shader cache
4/ launch the game & play a few minutes in Arcade mode
5/ Quit the game, go batch to the global settings of the radeon parameters & select "Optimized AMD".
Launch the game & enjoy, it fixes the same issues I had with a RX 480.
