I had Fire control Cycler from green to white

Same here, Fire Control Cycler reduced to level 2, while a card I don't think I had any interest in, Elite Pilot, was maxed out!

EA/Dice roll critical fail again...

Same, several Cards were not just downgraded, but had their point moved.  

Same here, fire control cycler from blue to green, Elite Pilot from blue to white.  Tactical Jammer increased as well as Tuned Lasers.

Same issue, tuned lasers from epic to rare.

I had the exact same problem.  My Fire Control Center card went from Epic to Common and my Elite Pilot card went from Epic to Rare.  Please fix this, Dice!
