I have the exact same problem! My tuned lasers is blue now, and it used to be purple! Also fire control cycler used to he purple, and now it is green. Since I play starfighter assault most of the time I play this game, this is a big deal.
There is also another problem that may be related to this, it says "upgrade requires interceptor level 25", and shows a locked symbol, but my interceptor is level 26. I kind of wish they just un-installed the update, I dont really care about the progression system, but I care about this.
