Empty servers to play BF2 - any response from EA?

Recently bought BF2 for PC - I am having similar issues as others re; finding servers to play on - seems 80% of time I can only find empty servers.  I have not been able to find a response from EA to...

Iv been playing this game nearly everyday since it came out,I love it,but the last 2 days it searches and searches and can't find a game for me,even this ea site took ages to load up for me to whinge like this,what's happening?
