Endor Instant Action Missions endless overtime on final objective issue

Summarize your bug On the Endor map single-player offline Instant Action Missions (Attack and Defend), the final stage (in the bunker) has most of the rebel AI group around the top level of the objective while most of the imperial AI group around the bottom level of the objective. This creates an "Overtime" situation that is virtually endless, forcing me to quit.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Progress to the 4th and final stage of the single-player instant action missions mode on the Endor map (both the Attack and Defend scenarios have this bug). Note that I have the full friendly reinforcements and AI heroes on.
What happens when the bug occurs? Most of the rebels will gather on the top level of the command post, while most of the imperials will gather on the bottom level of the command post. Since both factions are contesting within the command post's objective area, it creates a virtually endless "Overtime" situation and essentially cannot be completed.
What do you expect to see? I'm hopeful that this can be patched, where this level can be completed on the 4th and final objective. One option is for each faction's AI to choose more balanced paths (to both the top and bottom levels). If not this, perhaps the top level of the command post can be disabled for the command post's objective area that would force all AI to contest on the bottom level.
