Hey i have a problem with upgrading Kylo Rens strong magnet ability (i dont know if thats the correct englich name since i play in german). When i try to upgrade this ability to level 3 its loading for a very long time and then i get the error 1.608 message. I don't have any problems with any other starcards. This problem exists since the previous patch and the latest didn't fix it.

Hey everyone! Our experts might have identified the source of the problem with upgrading Kylo Ren's Star Cards. Could you check what is your hero level for Kylo Ren and if it actually meets minimum requirements for the card upgrade? We've discovered that the 1.608 error usually pops out, when Kylo Ren's level is too low to do a certain Star Card upgrade - even if the game shows, that you should be able to upgrade it already. When I go to upgrade this card and this card only it gives me the error code of 1608, I can do any other card and it does not say I cannot upgrade it before reaching a certain level, could someone please explain?

Could you provide us with the name of the Star Card in German then? 😉 I'm just not sure about which one exactly you're talking about (translations can be tricky, I know!) and I'd like to send this case to our specialists for further investigation.

The german name of the star card is "Starker Magnet" i translated it 1:1 :D

Like I said, translations can be tricky, because after a short investigation, it turned out that this Star Card is called "Harsh Pull" in English 😞

But with that knowledge, I can finally send a report to our specialists 😃

I'll let you know once I hear back from them.

I had the same problem when trying to upgrade a card. I was attempting to upgrade the Kylo Ren Resilience card to Rare. I tried multiple times, but never succeeded.

We'll look into it. We've already got a few reports about issues with upgrading some Star Cards, because of error 1608.
