GAME CRASHES ONLY IN HOTH MAP

Hello dear forum users,

I joined community nearly one month ago. I really have fun in SW:BF2 but I have a problem with my copy of game. I can clearly play game on ultra settings but only in HOTH map, game crashes every time. Game does not display any crash code or something. Also I tried to lovering graphical settings but I am still having this problem with my copy. By the way, if it helps I can have average 100 fps in other maps.

    @Amiens20  Hello and welcome to the AHQ!

    You will need to provide information about your PC configuration, please create a DxDiag file and attach it here under your post. How to create DxDiag file: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

    Also, before you create a DxDiag file, please try the following, step by step:

    1. Run a clean boot on your PC: https://help.ea.com/tr/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
    2. Install CCleaner and use it to fix PC issues that the program will find: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues/
    3. Restart your PC and test the game. If it crashes, please immediately create a DxDiag file and post it here.

    Hey @IIPrest0nII ,

    Sorry for my nearly one and half month late reply to topic.  I did every step that you recommend me and at the end before these efforts. I could play for 2 mins in Hoth map but after the efforts I can play 10 mins in Hoth map. I want to remind you, I am able to play every other maps in ultra settings and I dont face any problems other than Hoth.

    Yes, I tried what @IIPrest0nII suggested but it didnt become solution exactly. I explained some details in my other reply.

    Hi. I am having this exact same problem. I am attaching 3 different dxdiag files.

    1. Before running the steps.

    2. After theClean Booth and the CClean.

    2. After trying to start the game... EA didn't allow me to start it without restarting the services  so I had to restart them all to run the game and... it crashed again on the Hoth Map which... seems to also be crashed online as my time has been there withoun being able to do anything while I was trying to fix the problem and after my game crashed again.

    Is there something wrong with that map?
