Far as I know, this is caused by playing in the Arcade mode. Restarting the game fixes it on XOne.

Restarting might help like the sound bug needs a restart to "fix" the bug. The problem is if you're effected by the ping site issue you don't dare leave a server if you've been lucky enough to join a match!
