So I made a mistake and unlinked my EA account from my Xbox account and now my game progress is gone and now it says I have to wait 5 months until I can relink it back to my original account. Please ...

If you can't unlink your own account yet, you can always try reaching out to our live support team:

You might still be eligible for them to unlink the account for you, and if they can, then you can just link it back to the original account. 🙂
