I found the link to the article in Reddit what I was looking for. It's about Battlefield 2042 but a person asks about the 1hp fix. I remember it was fixed shortly after this response from that guy from Dice.

Maybe we can find him again?

They removed the post on Reddit but it was DICE community manager Kevin Johnson (T0TALfps)

We should try to reach out to him.
