HDR always on in game despite PC, monitor, and game settting set to "off"

Started playing on PC through the EA app (also tried running it through the Xbox app just to test it out) and HDR is always on, very easy to see just with a screenshot.

It's playable when I'm in game, it doesn't look nearly as bad on my monitor, but if I'm streaming to others or taking videos/screenshots, it looks absolutely terrible. Looked around online and couldn't find a fix, maybe there's one somewhere I didn't dig hard enough for, but if anyone has a solution that'd be great
