Heroes vs Villains Balance Update

I do agree that Palpy seems to have been nerfed too much. However, Bossk is fine, imo. He's fairly easy to defeat, unless you have a good Bossk. In which case, he's still decent to avoid unless he uses all his abilities and you get double-teamed. But that goes with any hero.
