Hud disappears

I mainly had an issue outside the game, in the menu where things disappeared and I did not know where to click. It is now even worse. In game, my HUD, cards, and crosshair are disappearing, if I am lucky the hud returns for three seconds before vanishing again. I have written to EA many times about the issue in the game menu, but I have never received any solution or response. Perhaps someone who is not a developer could help me instead.

    Some ideas based on that DXDIAG report...

    • For troubleshooting use only one monitor.
    • Try different display cables and ports - on computer and monitor. As unlikely as it sounds, those sometimes go bad over time.
    • Make sure everything is connected directly to the PC and monitor, while you're troubleshooting. For example, do not use a KVM.
    • When you install your graphics driver, check the "clean installation" option. You might even try rolling back your graphics driver with this option checked.
