I need solution for black screen during startup game Star Wars Battlefront 2

Please help me black screen issue during game startup. SWBF2

Im using RTX 4060 Ti and have dual monitor. but for gaming only use one monitor.

I have tried to use all the methods that available online to solve this problem but still not working out
