Is Star Wars battlefront 2 being ported to the PS5?
Since The PS5 isn’t backwards compatible with the PS4 version of Star Wars battlefront 2. Does this mean Star Wars battlefront 2 is being ported to the PS5?

I would rather a new game without all the issues

It most likely will be since sony has announced there will be very few games that AREN'T. However, I would like ps5 to remain pure and uninfected by this disastrous game.
I would like a patch for PS5 and Xbox Series X. With the same image quality from Ultra setting of PC version.

- @ZoarialP I would expect that it would play, but unless EA announces it, there won't be a special upgrade patch for it. My guess it will mostly just have drastically decreased loading times.

I mean I never played it on PS4 I just got it but it runs great. I’ve seen videos of it on PS4 and I can say it’s smooth. No issues, played right away and is smooth as butter, zero frame dips, and I can’t see the resolution changing. Not to mention load times are almost instant into the game, and I have to prep myself after I die because the respawn is so fast I died on accident from surprise.
