Issues with the EOR matchmaking system - examples

On which platform do you play? PC
In what region are you located? Europe
What ping site do you use? German ping site
In which game mode the problem occurred? Galactic Assault, Starfigher Assault, Strike, Heroes versus Villains, Blast, Extraction, Hero Starfighters, ALL MODES.
What exactly is the problem? - Joining an empty lobby, long wait for a match, broken map rotation, difficult matchmaking in a group, forced to join an empty lobby after a match, friends party not joining the same squad...
When exactly the problem occurred? - Every time I play. I play at any time (mornings, afternoons, night, midnight...)
(Optional) Any additional feedback? I think that reporting that the system is not working any way, at any time in any mode as It was intended to work (better gameplay, better game experience, less time to join a server, party with friends in the same squad, balanced and full lobbies, etc) is enough feedback.
