So everyone knows of the bug where you get put in an empty server consistently. I just the other day waited a literal 8 hours for a server to fill up while I did uni work on my laptop... The game never got enough people. However my friend launches the game and finds a full server straight away. he has successfully done this for the past 2 weeks thus leading me to think something is wrong with my game. I have restarted my internet and reinstalled my game with no success of fixing the problem. I've tried to join US servers as well but again, it puts me in an empty server with literally no one in it. Why does my game insist on creating the server for people to join rather than joining other servers ???

Summarize your bug Empty lobby bug with the new patch is still present, it was NOT fixed.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 08/30/2018
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 20:10
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? EET (ART) - GMT + 2:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know for sure. Hit on find a match and it will either return error 1066 or find a lobby and send you to an empty lobby with three bar connectivity icon. I literally cannot play the game online unless I join a friend's lobby.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot play the game online.
What do you expect to see? An actual lobby, duh!

This bug started to happen for me two patches ago. The recent one from a few days ago did NOT fix it. In fact I'm now seeing error 1066 sometimes and the rest it's an empty lobby bug.
The proposed workaround of turning off internet does not work all the time, or at all. In any case it's unacceptable ☹️

Any time I try to get into any game, any mode, it puts me in an empty lobby. Which stays empty

Our specialists are aware of the issue with empty servers. You might want to try some basic troubleshooting steps, but since some players are reporting the same problem, we're looking into it on our side as well.

A quick update. Germany was on the list of supposedly safe servers published by Dice where this bug is not present. It IS in fact present, just got it today. Still waiting for a fix.

Why do I keep getting put in a empty room this HAS to stop it’s annoying put me against the computer so I can level up my ships please and thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
