Lost all progress - my pre order content is now locked

Sorry if this has been asked a lot with all the returning players recently but I can't seem to find anything online with regards to this issue recently. So should point out; I got this game on disc ...

I’ve had this issue for the last two months and tried putting multiple cases through and all I ever get is “resolved” and nothing I have tried works. It’s infuriating to say the least.

It's ridiculous, i don't even care about levelling up my star cards again it's all the cosmetics that I earned and bought are completely gone and locked.
