Lost all progress - my pre order content is now locked

Sorry if this has been asked a lot with all the returning players recently but I can't seem to find anything online with regards to this issue recently. So should point out; I got this game on disc ...

Yep, and here I am 4 months later dealing with the SAME GODD**N F***ING ISSUES BECAUSE EA WONT DO ANYTHING! I literally just started playing it with a friend recently and now I’m gonna have to tell him I’m not playing until I get my SH*T back. I’m deleting the game for like a year. We’ll see if they actually do anything later on.
