Lost all progress - my pre order content is now locked

Sorry if this has been asked a lot with all the returning players recently but I can't seem to find anything online with regards to this issue recently. So should point out; I got this game on disc ...

I’ve had this issue for the last two months and tried putting multiple cases through and all I ever get is “resolved” and nothing I have tried works. It’s infuriating to say the least.

Yeah it’s a trash game made by a trash company with trash people working there. I’ve seen people deal with this from 3 years ago and it never gets resolved. Yet my brother gets to play for 350 hours and have all his progress no problem! Wow! I’ve never wanted to burn a game to the ground so badly!
