Lost Progress on SWBF2 Xbox Series X
Hey, I've been playing the game since roughly 2018. I recently reinstalled the game on my Xbox Series X. I appear to have lost all my progress and was hoping to get some help with this. I still mostly have all my character levels, however, as soon as I play a game with them it resets my troopers levels. I've also lost my account progress including challenge progress.
Assuming you've already confirmed you are using the same account, you'll need to contact EA support directly, as you are experiencing an account issue, which cannot be fixed by anyone on this forum.
