MAJOR ISSUE Game restarts to factory settings everytime I load in

Hello, I am posting here because I am having an issue in Star Wars Battlefront 2. Everytime I log in now all my Star Cards get unequipped from every character, class, vehicle, etc, and the game resets to its factory settings (like controls and video) this makes the game extremely un enjoyable because I have to go back and fix every single Star card, all my skin, emotes, and even the games factory settings. Please help!

    You shouldn't have to worry about running as administrator on XBOX.

    Try clearing your cache.

    While you don't say what platform you are playing on, it sounds like it may be an access rights issue to the user settings files.

    Have you reinstalled the game as an administrator?

    I play on Xbox Series X, I’ve tried reinstalling and that hasn’t worked, is it possible to run as administrator on Xbox?

    Can you walk me through on how to do that ? I was told that by EA live chat help and I have no idea what or how I can do that on the Xbox
