Maul "Kenobi" emote still locked despite completing the milestone

Summarize your bug Last night I reached 1,500 kills with Maul during a Co-Op game, finished the game, then went back to the main menu to open the crate. When I opened the crate, it froze and didn't display its contents. When I exited from the crates menu, the emote was still locked and now there's seemingly no way I can get the crate back and unlock the emote.
