Milestone on Career Page not working

Summarize your bug A milestone is not showing as completed on the career page (says 22/23, its for campaign milestones.) but when you click it all the milestones under the category are completed. It shows a Orange triangle to the top left of one of them but I am unable to interact with it in any way. I tried looking it up but everything I found was 3+ years old and is claimed to be "fixed" .

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk, try doing the final milestone in a set of milestones on the career page and see if it happens?
What happens when the bug occurs? It says all milestones in the campaign section are completed, yet on the career page it shows "22/23"
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the career page show 23/23 for campaign milestones.
