My game won't go past the title screen (infinite loading)

I bought the game today and after installing it it won't go past the title screen. It keeps loading and loading, and that's if it even gets there, sometimes it just crashes. I have tried repairing the game,uninstalling and deleting the bf2 folder in documents but nothing worked. Is there anything else I can do, I don't want to have to ask for a refund for a game I haven't even tried
