No credits
I've been playing over 2 hours and only received about 1000 credits from matches. What is going on??

- Well, it tells you at the end of the round how many credits you received. So... How many are you getting a round? If you're playing horribly and not playing the objective much or at all... I think you'll find you won't get many credits.

Hey, sometimes zero credits can be displayed when they do get granted eventually. Even in a very short game -you log into an ending match- I think you should get at least 1.
It can be difficult to keep track of exact credit balances, but if you have a game session where some matches gave credits and others didn't, I'd be interested in the times and the exact number of matches played.
Not displaying credits is of course still an issue, thanks for reporting this.
- I can try again today and I'll keep track. Yesterday I know I played at least 4 rounds of strike to do the challenge. The rest were all galactic assault. It at first seemed to be only if your team won the match. But then there was one that we won and I got 0.
This is my favorite game, but the last week has been nothing but a hassle. First I couldn't get logged in when other games had no problem. Support would not return my call. Then the game keeps kicking me out. And now no credits. With long load times and no reward it's not worth playing. But I will try again today. - Update:
I played and will still play for a while. My first match in GA I came in with about 10 seconds left. Not enough time for the battle. I got 1 credit.
After that I was getting credits.
Just now I played one of the better matches ever. I was in 6th place and I got a fat goose egg.
If I got 1 credit for not doing anything I should not get 0 for 6th place. - EA_David
@obiron_m230 Hey, thanks for the breakdown. I can see a finished match about 10 minutes before your post where you got 445 credits. Would that be the match where the game told you that you received 0 credits?
Sorry for being so specfic on timing, I just want to be sure that everyone is getting their credits, even if the game isn't telling them so.
Cheers. - @EA_David that may be the one. Hard to tell cuz it showed me 0 credits. Lol. I tried tech support and they were useless. Tried about 5 times to get someone to call me back. I kept getting emails saying they called but they didn't. I finally got a call back when I called support for another game. They gave me what seem to be useless garbage. Being I have worked in tech support I did all the steps except wipe out the hard drive. I played a little bit after I had to reset all my cards. It worked the rest of the day. I'm gonna play during this weekend and see what happens. Since you can see the matches on the server I'll try to get you the times it happens, if it happens again. Thanks David, you seem more concerned with it than support does.

@obiron_m230 Thanks for the update, and sorry for the poor support experience. Hopefully you don't see this any more but if you do the timestamps would be very helpful.
I'd just need the end of the match time, with match type, so something like "10:33am, GA", or "2.12pm, Blast" would suffice.
