No Multiplayer on SWBF2, xbox, child account

For your Sons account, to confirm is he getting "error 524" when launching SBF2 on his Xbox? 

If so if either his Xbox account or EA account currently set as a child account?

I am getting the same problem and code and both ea and xbox accounts are set to adult. I would really appreciate any help so we can play together.

My findings, either make an account that starts as an organizer account and then restrict access down to be older than 13, or go to every instance of birthdate and get it old enough and multiplayer permissions inn the child account and allow. 

I had to change settings in the app and the browser. 

How does my son play battlefront 2? First we got error 524 as his age content on Xbox was 13 years - but I had Battlefront 2 on as an exception.
google told me that EA won’t let him play as deemed too mature? But I have decided it is ok - so I just have set his Xbox to unrestricted but then it will not connect!

help please I spent all this money on this xbox so he can play this game and now he can’t play the flipping thing!!!!!!
