No reward crate for First Order win

Summarize your bug I had completed all of 'The Last Jedi' Season challenges and looking to claim them after the time ran out. I played everyday during the season and I rarely/never play online multiplier games. I completed all of the challenges and looking forward to opening all of the crates. i turned on the ps4 and went into the game, it had updated and everything was gone and replaced with time challengs. The jedi challenges were replaced with the time challenges and there were no crates for me to open. I earned every last jedi crate and the game glitched with the update. I saw a forum posted saying the faction crates would be there on Wednesday. My faction, the First Order, won and got these two crates, but that was all. Still no other crates.

What do I do now? Does EA actually answer these?

I've had exactly the same problem, I was expecting to log on yesterday to see tons of crates to open after completing the challenges, as I thought they were awarded when the time was up...but, nothing was there but the two crates - First Order victory crate and the celebration crate. I'm playing on PS4 too...

Talked to support about this. Said they couldn't do anything. as if this game didn't have enough problems already..

The team are aware and are investigating this issue, sorry for the inconvenience caused at this time.

Have you had any success? I chatted with EA Support but did not help as of yet. Very frustrating. I'm 40+ and don't play online games (my reflexes just aren't there). I dabbled with battlefront but have put in a considerable amount of hours into 'The Last Jedi' Season and got nothing. I guess I go back to single player games if this is not fixed.

But will we ever receive the FO Win reward crate? And if so do people experiencing the issue need to make some type of formal notification to even receive it?

I'm honestly just looking for a light at the end of the tunnel at this point. It's just a game I know, but it's somewhat disheartening every time I log in and don't see a FO Victory crate.

Haven't received my crate but I was given a 15% off code for Origin so something to use whilst I wait for my crate to appear.

I haven't got my reward crate as well although I have finished all the challenges. I got a celebration crate but not a victory crate with an Epic star card.

PC EUROPE

I never got mine either and I completed all but 2 challenges. EA is really screwed up with just about everything right now, Can't even go online with Origin. Nerfing troopers, buggy games, what the hell is going on with this company?
