Within the past week I am not able to connect consistently. About 50% of the time when I start the game, it puts me in offline mode (no error code). Usually, I just have to restart the game to connect.
Anyone else seeing this?
Is this just a continuation of the connection issues from a few weeks ago?

Studio is still looking into the reports. We are currently having issues reproducing being in a offline state when starting SWBF2.

I doubt some other problems is caused by this...
(Like long loading time, lag or main screen issue etc.)
Star Wars Battlefront 2.
I launch the game and everything is twitchy, no mouse pointer, just randomly cycling through the options. Also offline, when I try to go online it can't connect to the ea servers. Error 721
No other game has an issue
This Error 721 issue is going on for months now. The only thing you can do is to click on the connect button until it connects.

if your problem is not allready solved, you could try disabling origin in game.
Disabling origin in game is easy, just go into the application settings in the origin launcher.
If you do that, the offline error is not fixed, but your mouse pointer should reappear.
Spam connect and it will work after some time.

I can't play Battlefront 2 now, getting the error code 721. I tried to submit a ticket however the only support option provided was this forum.
Does anyone know what error 721 means? I'm reading that it means keep hitting connect because the servers are bad. I have no option to verify the game's files since I have to use EA Desktop.
I hear you. I hit 7 times today - much worse than the usual 2-3 attempts.
Once again, no system changes from my original post. Somtimes it works, sometimes it doesn't; and the only correlation with the number of attempts seems to be server load. On busy days it takes more tries and on others it automatically connects or connects on the first or second try.
Remember that correlation doesn't always equal causation, though.

It usually errors back straight away, when it works it waits a bit to connect
