Obi-Wan 'Jedi Robes' hero skin locked after unlocking and 40,000 credits lost

Hero skin Obi-Wan Jedi robes locked forever.

After unlocking through in game credits earned through playing late last year. 

This really diminished my interest in playing the game but as the game is not dead and I want to play again, I am raising my issue to the forums as I was directed by my support ticket that failed to help fix this issue. Wanting to spend my current 60,000 credits on new skins instead of the one I have already unlocked after only 300 hours of game play.

Somehow, Somewhere, Someone is surely able to calculate that I have spent, and then lost, that 40,000 credits it takes to unlock the characters' Jedi-Robes' skin. Then enjoyed my time playing with said skin before logging on one day to play some Heroes vs Villains and the skin is wanting me to spend 40,000 again to unlock it. I'm not a good player and don't play regularly to grind another 300 hours when I haven't even unlocked a ton of other hero skins with more to come. So I didn't raise this as an issue until now.

I was asking through in game chat and was told it was a bug and it would come back to normal and it never did so I played on. But now in 2020, please give it back. I'm never unlocking it twice so....
