There has yet to be any acknowledgement of this problem and it seems a pretty simple issue to fix.  Both Iden and Poe starfighters when at level 40 will have one card that is still at level 3 instead of level 4 because the skill points are off for these two hero starfighters.

Please address!

BUMP give us skillpoints to fix this issue. Easy fix.

    Yes this is still an issue today 3/9/2019.  I have all hero starfighters maxed and I have one star card for Poe's hero ship that is a blue level star card and I'm at lvl 40 with no way to get another skill point.
