EA, please.
Make the pre-order appearances for Rey and Kylo Ren purchaseable. I, for one, am more than willing to pay for them if that's what it takes. The in-game value for these appearances is equivalent to ~$10, so I'd gladly fork over $20 for both of them. I'm sure I'm not the only one here. It's an opportunity for more money, you must see that.
It is available through real currency purchase it's called buying that copy on Amazon or Ebay

I am here to point out the lies.
You see, I own the Elite Trooper Deluxe on both PC and PS4. PC was preorder, PS4 was some months after game launched. Furthermore, both versions were still available for at least one more year, at least in the store where I am buying them.
So, to come pretending a year was not enough DOES sound like sour grapes, sadly.
[EDIT] Just checked, in case you haven't. Amazon still sells it, at least the PS4 version. Checked again - it sells XboX One also. So, now, what other excuses do you have left?
For all of you that want these skins, check it out on CDKEYS.COM. Make a search for "Star Wars". All star wars games appear including a "Star Wars Battlefront II - The Last Jedi Heores DLC" for PC, PS4 and Xbox for 1.19€, 0.89€ and 3.49€ respectively (it's about the same in dollars). So want are you waiting for?

Why are you still here? It has been pointed out in 3 separate replies that you can still get those 2 skins.
This is no longer a problem between you and EA, but a problem between you and your employer.
Your attitude is very strange at this point, when there are multiple places that sell said skins - and, implicitly, solve your problem.
