Progress is Gone

Hi,

Nearly a year ago I lost all my progress on Battlefront 2, I made a case about it but nobody could help. I recently tried reinstalling the game to find that my progress is there in the "Collection" tab on the main menu but when I enter a game, all of my levels and progress disappear which then affects my collection, resetting my levels. This is infuriating as I've put a lot of hours into this game, is there any possible fix to get my saved data back? I've already tried downloading previous saved data but it's too late, I also tried unlinking my account and linked it back but it didn't work. EA's support page is so broken that I can't even submit a case, even when I did the first time they weren't helpful whatsoever
