Progress lost

Could just be a sync issue with the server.  Best option would be to exit the game and restart to force a new sync.  It may fix your problems.

If that doesn't do the trick for you though, I suggest bringing this evidence here as it makes it easier to grab the attention from EA_Staff so they can send it to the team. A screenshot where it shows your Character level, all Star Cards you have unlocked, and all unused skill points if you have any is proof enough as your character level for any class should always equal to 1 + All Star Cards' levels + Any remaining unused Skill Points.

Summarize your bug In a game of co op today i noticed my heavy rank was downgraded from 650 somthing to 70. Then i noticed that all my heroes went below 40 (and a few were over 100 before..). The same happened to mys specialist and vehicle classes. It was triple xp wednesday so i didn’t expect to lose progress.

Hello,

All the levels of my heroes/vilains have been restored to level 37,

My soldiers to level 69,

Reinforcements to level 21,

And my total progression is now to rank 7.

Summarize your bug When I opened up Battlefront 2 this morning, all of my stats were reset and/or lowered. My classes that I worked hard on were all lowered to certain levels, like 69 for infantry or 37 for heroes. My rank is reset to 3, but my class levels ranged from 100 to 700, and I’m not about to let my hard work go to waste.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know, this has never happened to me before and l can’t really find anything else on it.
What happens when the bug occurs? My class ranks were all drastically lowered, and some achievements I already earned were earned again.
What do you expect to see? My ranks should be much higher,eg. Darth Maul at about 680 and Grievous at about 570, to name a few.

I worked hard for my ranks and will be furious if they all get reset and go to waste.

Last night, I was on 38 ranking Star Wars Battlefront 2 (PSN ID: VictorCSP). Today, i turn on my PS4 and when i log in on SW, i'm on ranking 15. What's happening?
