Progression lost

Good afternoon,

I moved from my PS4 to PS5, and when I started the game all my progress was lost, characters back to level 1, abilities and cards gone..... I play with the same account.

Tried to contact support/chat and twitter and no one is trying to help me.

Some even said that progress is not carried, which is NOT true and rapidly close the chat. That is unacceptable

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to discuss sensitive account information through the forums, but what I can tell you is that until very recently there was no SWBF2 for PS on the EA account you made this post with. This allows me to believe that it is indeed the case that you're using the incorrect PSN ID / connected EA account at the moment, which results in you having this issue.
