Looks like a lot of other people have the same issue, more people need to post so EA can understand the magnitude of this issue. I have 4 different achievements completed that I cannot claim rewards on. I just completed this one, every single one I complete from two days ago on won’t let me claim.

Finally got the "Disrupt 25 enemies"... can't claim the reward, and in turn can't claim the 25/26 Multiplayer reward as well.
Also completed the 25 kills for the First Order pistol... can't claim the modification for it.
I had a annoying technical issue with the first game... and it was never fixed, so my hopes for this getting fixed are slim.
I have done multiple achievements and it says on the screen when i complete it that it is completed and i cant collect it
Glad to see that this issue is coming to light. I've been working on arcade milestones and when I went to collect one, It was grayed out and wouldn't let me claim my reward. I tried everything, restarting my pc, closing applications, I even did another milestone to see what would happen and guess what, That one is locked too! I've been having a blast playing but this is such a turn off for me and I haven't been wanting to touch the game if none of my progress is rewarded. This issue and the terrible server lag has just made me put this game to the side. I was even going to buy it on sale on ps4 so I could play with friends, but i'll pass until i see some actual positive change to this game.

I can either confirm that an achievement gained during a multiplayer match (the Sony PS4 Pro platform) cannot be claimed (the button is disabled although corresponding progress is completed) in case of a connection is suddenly lost during the match played. Honestly, I'm very disappointed by the bug due to one has no chance to forecast next time an EA server drops him (her) and that happens pretty often (Europe region) in contrast to the original Star Wars Battlefront game (thus, you have a great chance to become unable to ever claim some achievements reached).
Hope the issue would be fixed in a next patch.

Same here, finally got the 400 heavy kills and get the assault rifle from iden versio, i can not claim it, the button stays grey and the progression bar shows 400/400.

Not only that, i've been in the adviser chat sessions 2 or 3 times and unfortunately none of the "Specialists" at EA are any help. Nothing is working and now the chat sessions aren't even available any more. I can't seem to find the email for support contact and i'm just left here to play a game i can't progress in. what's the point, especially since we're only getting half playable servers most of the time anyway? I enjoy the game but i'm just fed up
