Yeah - Someone reported this the day the Geonosis release came out.
Its also been reported numerous times before, although I thought it was fixed. Search on "vader choke".
@EA_Ataashi - What's the best course of action? Start adding to this new bug report, or add to the one of the existing ones?
I can confirm, also it was me, who mentioned it on Geonosis release post.
It was fixed, but for some reason, the update introduced a wide range of bugs related to lightsaber heroes. Vaders inability to move players was one of them. One of many...

@Rogue_Manda_YT - I've already picked up a few of your new reports. As always thanks for taking your time to write them, but if you've noticed any major new or old problems with lightsaber heroes, please don't hesitate to create even more reports or bump the old ones.

This is a duplicate topic of Vader's Choke not Moving the Targets BUG. It has been corrected on Dooku's November 23rd Patch Update
