Guess when he is asking on the EA forum for a refund then he preorded it at Origin? And by my own experience, they don't charge money before the game is released.
Community Admin@llIIllIIIIIll It's often a reasonable assumption that someone ordered from Origin but it's not always the case so it's always best to ask. 🙂
