Re: Mismatch between Cloud and Local data

Hello @chuntery and thanks for reporting in!

I've had some cloud saving issues as well. However, EA launched a game called Apex Legends this week and the devs reported that there were indeed cloud saving issues. So I can image that there were some problems in other games as well.

They also said that the data is actually saved but you just get the message in Origin.

Whenever I start a game, I press ''play'' get a pop-up and I press ''still play the game''. Then when I close the game, it asks which data it should use to save and I check which one (local or server) has the most recent date on it!

Hopefully they are able to tackle this origin problem!

@DYSPROssium Thanks for the feedback. I just select the "save" with the most recent Time stamp. Recently the local "save" has been the most recent and the highest score. So I am guessing saving to the cloud has been unreliable. If people do not take care they could accidentally lose credits etc ??

Possibly its all gone away now.
