Ive tried the fix and it dosent seem to work, any other suggestions?

Anyone who still has this issue, follow this:
Documents -> STAR WARS Battlefront II -> settings -> Open "ProfileOptions_profile" file with a Notepad -> Find "GstRender.MotionBlurEnabled" within the file -> Replace the 0 with 1 -> Save the file and exit -> Launch the game and test if the motion blur is now present
