I'm also affected. I didn't notice because I don't care about levels anymore since it was increased to 1k.

I've been playing SWBFii since release and most of my characters are only around level 40 now. Some were even below level 37 (for example Leia 27), which is why not all of my heroes' star cards were epic anymore. In the meantime they're at least all epic again but this was most annoying part of course. Hope this problem can be fixed for all affected players in the future without any other problems occuring.

    @EA_Atic  Hello there, 

     

    From the comments I gather the fix has worked on a user by user bases. I realize your team is reviewing the user test data. Trust me when I say we all appreciate your teams efforts. Any new information or a potential time line regarding a mass update? Thank you JoeSith-

    Logged back into the game after 6 months or so and noticed I lost a ton of progress and unlocks, at least I'm not the only one.

    I call technical support every week and every time they promise me that the bug will be fixed soon... It's already ridiculous to listen to this. It's been almost 3 months
