Same here not happy about it a lot of time spent getting the levels

Same issue here. Just moved and reinstalled Battlefront II. Some of my characters are their normal level. However my heavy, infiltrator, officer and specialist have both been reset to 0 and all my heros have been reset to 0.

All their stats/cards are locked as well, like I've never played them before.

What's the fix to this, because obviously it's not my side.

I am also having the same problem, most of my hero’s and troops show the same level at the collection but in game basically all are reset, cards and all, im on PS4

I'm having the same issue, my account has been completely reset to 0, I have none of my characters levelled, no account level, no cosmetics etc.

I never changed anything but I’m having this issue where my progress is gone but it shows the old levels.

I’m on PlayStation and I lost everything including star cards, credits and levels   Please fix this ea

Same for me on PC.  I bought this at original launch, had a truckload of credits, all guns unlocked…now zilch.

I lost everything too, it shows that I’m max level on all my classes but when I go to play a match it only shows that I’m level 0. I relinked my older EA account to this but I’m playing on Xbox not Pc which is where I linked my accounts. My pc progression was fixed but I lost all my Xbox progression, which makes no sense cuz the Xbox makes local saves for data so how’d I lose all my *?

I am on PlayStation 4 and all my battle cards were reset. All I did was open the game from the next day that I played it and now all the cards were reset. In game it was showing that I had no levels when I have level all of my characters up. Then I went back to the lobby and the levels are all there but the cards are all reset 

This must be a bug from some sort of update
