Refund request not appearing

Hello, I purchased the Star Wars Battlefront Celebration Edition supplement. I wanted to return it because I didn't like it, but there was no refund option for this supplement. I show pictures for this. Is there anyone to help me? Because I sent an e-mail and wrote a ticket and did not receive a response.

    Those screenshots say your requests were resolved. What was noted in the ticket as the resolution?

    @DarthFDG Yes, the tickets say resolved. But if you noticed in other pictures. The purchased 59 TL product does not appear in the returns section, I cannot return it due to this problem. Thanks.
