Hi, 7 years later I still have this problem just now. I have been playing for nearly 500 hours and have unlocked basically everything but now when I hop into the game it has everything locked. In steam I checked file integrity and restarted the game twice but nothing works. What do I do?I have the same problem, I don't know what to do
A lot of other players had this problem lately including myself, I hope EA shall fix it soon. For now we just have to deal with it until they fix it I think:/
