Requesting exact starting and ending times for 2x and 3x XP days

Greetings

I'm one of the newbies who got the game for free on the Epic Store. I'm trying to get Star Cards asap.

I found out that triple XP day (Wednesday) starts at 3pm PST Tuesday instead of on Wednesday.

Would anyone be able to provide the exact times\days the double XP weekend starts and ends and the ending day/time of triple XP Wednesday in PST (Pacific Standard Time)?
