Hey, sorry i was away.
Its with everything, even origin. My screen has a shade of gray still and i found a way to kinda fix it but its not fully fixed yet. I will try to post a picture later of what it first looked like (second screen of mine) versus what it looks like now (my first screen). Even when i messed around with NVIDIA settings it didnt work.
Hey @NikodemPlaysYT, if it is there at all times then the best thing to do is to try playing around with your image settings both on the PC and monitor.

The best thing i found is to change the brightness with Calibrate Display Color from windows itself but after that i have 2 options (kinda) to change my contrast but i cant change that because its saying to use the controls on display but i dont see anything, and my keys dont work like wasd, or my arrows, numpad, nothing works to change my contrast and thats the only thing thats wrong with my pc. Even with the settings from my pc i couldnt find anything that could help me out.

Hey @NikodemPlaysYT try swapping the display cable to see if you see a difference?
A lot of the time a grey screen can point to an issue with the cable or GPU itself.
