Do you by any chance know if this only happens to the weapons you named or is also happening to others? Seems like a pretty annoying issue to me.
I have only experienced this for these both weapons (A280CFE and SE-44C). However I dont play all weapons on frequent basis, so i just can say for what weapons I do NOT have had such issues: a280, CR2, EL16-HFE, FBWMK (dont play it often though!), TL 50, DC15LE, NT242, Blurrg (btw please,please buff it a little, its totally dead since the 25% nerf and I havent been killed by one in months!, also that means I havent played it often). Also I havent experienced the bug since some time. May be because I reinstalled the game ? And because I was in CS so much I didnt play blast/strike so much latley.
I have the same issue. It happens randomly when joining a game (GA/CS/Blast/Strike/extraction).

It probably happened with other weapons and other classes but those are the one I'm sure. Same, I'd say 1 out 20 games. Not a big deal but annoying.

Any of you could have any idea of a possible trigger? Anything that might help this BUG happens? GarthRevan said it doesn't happen mid round. Does it mean it only happened in the beginning of a round? Respawning in the middle of a match won't cause this BUG?
Also, how persistent it is? According to GarthRevan's ingame fixing method, it seems it does persist for at least a round, so respawning doesn't autofixes it. Can it persist through maps? Modes? Game Reset?
Those would be key to narrow it down. Rare BUGs are the most important to narrow down, especially such a BUG which is very impactful to gameplay.
