"Something went wrong" during connection

Question

I've been trying to download Star Wars battlefield II for quite a while now, I've bought the game on Epic Games but when I click on the button for downloading the game something appears telling me something went wrong, I do not know what to do and I am lost as I cannot find any other similar cases. I do have an internet connection...

I suggest you attach a DXDIAG report, so we can see what we're dealing with.

You can always give this a look to see if it helps.

Since you are posting in an English forum, it would be worth while translating any error messages to English.
